Refund policy

30-night trial

We want you to love your Snuggle Club order. If you don't, you have 30 days from the day it's delivered to ask for a refund.

How to return

1. Email support@joinsnuggleclub.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging if you still have it and send it back with tracking.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll refund the full price of the item to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn't what you ordered. In that case, email us a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

Items we can't take back

Items that are dirty, damaged after delivery or missing parts can't be refunded. Gift wrap isn't refundable.
